Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment Terms 

  • Any price quoted will be guaranteed for 7 days, otherwise the current price will be confirmed when the Deposit on the order is paid.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event date.
  • For events booked within 14 days of the event, full payment will be required to secure your booking.
  • If final payment is not received by the due date, BarBros will be under no obligation to proceed with the Order and all monies paid to date by the Hirer will be forfeited.
  • All custom built or special purchase equipment requires full payment at time of order so that BarBros can commence the manufacture and/or buying process. 


If the Hirer cancels the order prior to the date, the Hirer acknowledges this will cause a reasonably foreseeable loss to BarBros, and the Hirer agrees that:

  • If the Booking is cancelled within twenty (20) days of the event, the Hirer will not be eligible for a refund for the deposit paid. 
  • If the booking is cancelled within ten (10) days of the event, the Hirer will forfeit their full payment.

Rescheduling/ Postponement

  • We require 14 days notice for any rescheduling and postponement of your event. 
  • In the event that the Hirer wishes to reschedule the Hire Period for any reason, BarBros will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the new date, however is under no obligation to provide the Hire Equipment or Services on the new date if it is unavailable. 
  • If services are cancelled by the Hirer and then reinstated at a mutually agreeable future date, then a new Contract outlining the terms of the agreement will be sent to the Hirer.
  • Your deposit, in this case, is eligible to be carried forward with your new booking and not forfeited.
  • If the new date for the booking is unavailable and the Hirer is unable to use BarBros services, the original deposit is non-refundable as stated.
  • Any rescheduled booking will be adjusted and charged per the prices in effect at the time of the rescheduled hire period.

Order Changes & Reductions

  • The Hirer is responsible for reviewing the Order and notifying BarBros of any amendments.
  • BarBros is not responsible for changes to your event, including guest numbers.

Delivery, Installation & Collection 

  • The delivery, installation & collection fee covers the delivery, installation & collection of all Equipment as described in the Order at the time of booking. 
  • The Hirer must provide BarBros with safe and appropriate access to the Delivery Address during the Hire Period. 
  • The Hirer must make all Equipment available to BarBros for collection at a time and date determined by BarBros.
  • All Equipment must be quality checked, counted and cleaned prior to collection by BarBros. 


    • In the event of unforeseeable weather changes, ie. bad weather, it is the responsibility of the Hirer to make alternative arrangements to accomodate for the equipment being hired. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to notify BarBros of any changes to delivery, set up and placement of the equipment if being changed.  
    • BarBros does not offer refunds due to weather changes.
